It is starting to feel like spring! In mid-April we uncovered the strawberries from their winter rest. Over the past few weeks they have grown considerably. The photo shows the growth since uncovering. Strawberry season typically is mid to late June and we will continue to share updates as we get closer to the season.

We planted our onions and potatoes along with the first planting of edible pod peas and sweet corn. We will continue to plant the rest of the crops over the next month.
