HOW LONG DOES THE STRAWBERRY SEASON LAST?

An average strawberry season lasts two and a half weeks.  The season may be longer or shorter than this, depending on the weather.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN FOR STRAWBERRY PICKING DURING THE SEASON?

For Pre-Picked strawberries, we are open Monday through Saturday, 7AM to 4PM. We typically do not have extra strawberries, so make sure to place an order by calling our number.  For U-Pick strawberries, we are open Monday through Saturday from 7AM until Noon.

During peak season we add U-Pick Monday through Friday from 4-7PM and Sunday mornings from 7AM until Noon.  For Pre-Pick strawberries we are open Monday through Friday from 8AM until 7PM and add Sunday morning from 7AM until NOON.

WHERE DO WE PICK WHEN WE GET TO THE STRAWBERRY PATCH?

When you arrive at the strawberry patch, one of our employees will greet you and show you to a where to pick.

IS THE  STRAWBERRY PATCH SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?

Yes, all ages are welcome, we just ask that you keep your children with you while in the strawberry patch.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN CONTAINER TO PICK STRAWBERRIES IN?

You can bring your own pails to pick in or we provide flats.  We charge by the pound and will weigh the pails and flats.

DO YOU  CLOSE IN BAD WEATHER?

Pickers are allowed to pick if it is raining.  The only time we ask pickers to leave the field is when it is lightening.  Please call (715)-285-5351 before coming to pick to make sure that we are open in bad weather.

DO YOU HAVE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE?

There are porta potties in the strawberry patches and at the strawberry shed where you check out.

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING?

Smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed in the strawberry patch.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

No, we only accept cash and check.  (There will be a $35.00 charge for returned checks.)

DO YOU TAKE ORDERS FOR SMALL PICKLING CUCUMBERS?

No, we sell our cucumbers by the piece.  We do have a pickling variety we sell by the piece that are smaller in size though.

DO YOU HAVE SWEET CORN TODAY?

We will have the roadside stand stocked with sweet corn during the season from 8am until 6pm.
