We have been busy the last month hoeing and weeding our melons, pumpkins, peppers, and mulching our tomatoes. We are close to having fresh cucumbers and green beans available!
Below are pictures of how our produce is currently looking and when we think it will be ready for you to enjoy:
Sweet Corn
The sweet corn is tasseling and cobs have formed with white silk on top. Over the next few weeks the cobs will continue to grow and the silk will turn brown. We expect the sweet corn to be ready later in July.

Cucumbers
There are a small number of cucumbers on both the slicing and pickling varieties. We expect to have cucumbers available sometime in the next week.

Green Beans
Our green beans are almost ready and we will have a limited amount of them available starting sometime next week.

Zucchini
Our zucchini is blossoming and we are seeing small zucchini on the plants. We expect to have zucchini/summer squash available in the next week or two.

Onions
This year we are growing both yellow and red onions again. The onions have nice sized bulbs on them and we expect to have them available around late July.

Potatoes
We will have both Red Norland and Yukon Gold potatoes available this year. They will be available in the next week or two.

Tomatoes
Our tomatoes are starting to blossom and we are seeing some small green tomatoes on many plants. We expect the tomatoes to be ready around early August.

Peppers
This year we are again planning on having bell peppers, sweet peppers (orange, yellow, and red), and hot jalapeno peppers. We are starting to see small peppers on the plants and expect them to be ready around the beginning of August.
