Here is our latest update on our produce. Our roadside stand is not open yet, but will share an opening date when we know one.
Cucumbers
We are starting to see a few small cucumbers, but not enough to open yet. We expect to open our roadside stand with cucumbers the week of July 14 – July 18.

Onions
This year we are growing both white and red onions again. Onions will be available when the roadside stand opens.

Green Beans
The first planting of green beans is a little thin. The weeds got away from us during the strawberry season. The second and third plantings look good so far! We hope to have beans available when we open for the season.

Sweet Corn
The sweet corn is tasseling and cobs have formed with white silk on top. Over the next week the cobs will continue to grow and the silk will turn brown. We expect the sweet corn to be ready somewhere between July 20th and July 25th.

Potatoes
We will have both Red Norland and Yukon Gold potatoes available this year. They are looking nice and they should be ready in 1-2 weeks.

Zucchini
We are seeing small zucchini on the plants and expect to have them available in the next couple weeks.

Peppers
This year we are again planning on having bell peppers, sweet peppers (orange, yellow, and red), and hot jalapeno peppers. We are starting to see small peppers on the plants and expect them to be ready in early/mid August.

Muskmelon
The muskmelon we transplanted on plastic are blossoming and have some small melons. We expect to start having muskmelon starting around early/mid August.

Watermelon
The watermelon we transplanted on plastic are also blossoming. We expect to start having watermelon starting around mid August.

Squash
The squash is blossoming and we are starting to see small squash on the plants. We typically have most squash varieties available around early to mid September.
