We continue to add more squash, pumpkins, and gourds to the roadside stand. We have over 90 varieties in every shape, size, and color!! 3 weeks until Halloween. We have tons of orange pumpkins perfect for carving.

It is now perfect weather to stock up and freeze squash. Simply cook it, scoop it out, and put in a container in the freezer. For information on each variety of squash visit: https://samsproducewi.com/squash/

We are monitoring the sweet corn fields to see how the freeze impacted it. We currently have corn available and will post an update on when the season is over.

This week at our roadside stand in Arkansaw we have sweet corn (see above) potatoes, onions, green bell peppers (limited), red bell peppers (limited), long sweet peppers (limited), jalapeño peppers, watermelon, 17 varieties of squash (buttercup, acorn, butternut, spaghetti, starry night, sunshine, uchiki kuri, mashed potato, baked potato, honeynut, delicata, blue hubbard, celebration, sweet jade, sweet dumpling, autumn frost, and sweet lightning), pumpkins, pie pumpkins/troll, gourds, popcorn, and maple syrup available. Our roadside stand is open 7 days a week and stocked daily from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.

This week we will be at the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market Saturday morning from 7:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. Only 3 more chances to stock up on all your favorites!! (Saturdays October 11th, 18th, and 25th) We currently have potatoes, watermelon, squash, gourds, pumpkins, pie pumpkins/troll, and onions available at the market. We possibly will sweet corn and peppers at the market this Saturday. Please see our Facebook post Friday evening for more details.

During the month of October, we will have large boxes (40 lbs.) of potatoes for $30. We have Yukon Gold, Red Norland, and Russet available this year by pre-order only.
