The stand will remain open after Halloween for our other produce. We will close for the 2025 season when the daytime high temperatures are below freezing. The 7-14 day temperature forecasts looks good so far!

It is now perfect weather to stock up and freeze squash. Simply cook it, scoop it out, and put in a container in the freezer. We freeze squash and enjoy it on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and the whole winter!! For information on each variety of squash visit: https://samsproducewi.com/squash/

This week at our roadside stand in Arkansaw we have potatoes, onions, 17 varieties of squash (buttercup, acorn, butternut, spaghetti, starry night, sunshine, uchiki kuri, mashed potato, baked potato, honeynut, delicata, blue hubbard, celebration, sweet jade, sweet dumpling, autumn frost, and sweet lightning), pumpkins, pie pumpkins/troll, squirrel corn, popcorn, and maple syrup available. Our roadside stand is open 7 days a week and stocked daily from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.

The Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market is now over for the 2025 season.
